Product Introduction

Model GG9168 is a high-capacity wet & dry magnetic polishing machine, designed for mass deburring, chamfering, oxide layer removal and surface finishing of precision metal parts. With a total volume of 400L, it adopts multi-grid separated barrel structure, which can process multiple batches of workpieces at the same time without collision. It supports both wet and dry polishing processes, widely used for large-volume precision part surface treatment.

Working Principle

Place metal workpieces, special plant-based abrasive particles and polishing oil into the drum. Driven by centrifugal force, workpieces and abrasives collide, roll and rub against each other. Micro-cutting removes burrs, scratches and oxide layers automatically, replacing manual polishing to achieve mirror surface.

Before & After Polishing

Before polishing: Workpieces have sharp burrs, rough edges, surface oxide layer, black stains, residual processing flash. After polishing: Burrs and sharp corners completely removed, edges smoothly rounded, oxide layer cleaned, surface uniform matte or bright finish. No deformation, dimensional tolerance well maintained.
